Passport officers and civil service officers include:

programs Answering users' questions about programs and services and providing information, advice and guidance on program and service needs.
Finding facts with clients. Review and decide what services they are eligible for and / or what information they need to provide.

Passport officers are responsible for the intake, processing and processing of passport applications.

Work Environment:

The work is done publicly in the office. However, telecom / remote work may be required. Applicants must be willing and able to work remotely on sites accessed by the public and, if requested.
